How long is the RTS warranty?
The warranty period on standard RTS components is three years, excluding accessories. For questions regarding warranty terms on specific products, please contact your nearest RTS representative.

What is the difference between headset connectors?
A4F: 4 pin Female XLR (Most Commonly Used on Telex Audiocom)
A4M: 4 pin Male XLR (Most Commonly Used on RTS)
A5F: 5 pin Female XLR
